Summer Keyboard Kids

These group piano classes are designed for the curious and attentive child who is eager to gain the proper foundation and knowledge of piano fundamentals.

Register

Newborn

Join us in Newborn for cuddles, smiles, and bonding! We’ll work on auditory discrimination, localization, and pattern recognition. Eye contact and shared attention with vocal play (think cooing) also on our list of to-dos!

Kids in this class are 6 to 12 months old.

Tiny Tots

Join us in Tiny Tots for more fun! We’ll work on: language expansion, inhibitory control (stop-and-go), pitch matching, articulation and diction, as well as turn-taking and waiting!

Kids in this class are 12 months to 3 years old.

Itty Bitties

Join us in Itty Bitties for dancing, singing, and playing! We’ll work on our rhythmic embodiment, auditory discrimination, how to properly grasp instruments, and stead beat initiation.

Kids in this class are 12 to 18 months.

Mini Musicians

Join us in Mini Musicians for more advanced music making! We’ll work on: rhythmic pattern imitation, complex coordination, pitch matching, memorization, and audience etiquette (listening, waiting for turns, etc.)

Kids in this class are 3 to 5 years old.

KeyBoard Kids

Join us in KBK for an introduction to piano class! We’ll learn the basics of piano all while singing and dancing!!

Kids are dropped off to this class and must be potty independent.

BMC is offering Keyboard classes this Summer 2026.

KBK will be offered on two different levels: KBK I and KBK II

KBK I (ages 4-5) is offered Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2pm-2:40pm on Swiss Ave

KBK II (ages 5-7) is offered Tuesdays and Wednesdays 1pm-1:40pm on Swiss Ave
